Error: The term 'mdl' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program

This error suggests MDL is not installed. Please run the .msi installer if possible after downloading from the downloads page. This then downloads MDL to "%localappdata%\Oxford Economics\MDL" and adds it to the 'environment variables' on the PC so the MDL.exe can be called from anywhere.
