Redacted or Null data in databank and API

When a client mentions they are unable to view data they have selected in the table some rows may contain "Redacted"
This normally means either the client is on a trial, or the account is set to "Prospect". The below screenshots are displaying the correct behaviour. We are limiting the amount of data a client can view and download if they do not have full access.
API
The user may complain they are seeing Null values when trying to pull data.
How to fix this issue
To fix this, the appropriate AM/BD will need to update the Salesforce details accordingly. For example, updated the account type to "Customer". We suggest waiting around 20mins for all changes to flow through correctly.
