Requests for modifications to datafeed csv deliveries

Unfortunately, we do not support customizing the datafeed csv deliveries, such as avoiding the first line which indicates the separator ( sep = ). The sep prefix line is a standard part of all our csv deliveries.

Alternatively, we can provide subscribers with an xlsx format instead of csv.
