How do I subscribe to the Datafeed?

To become a datafeed recipient, we ask that you contact your Account Manager in the first instance to discuss your requirements.

Following that, the typical setup process is as follows:

Using our Global Data Workstation requires login), you create a saved selection which includes the locations, indicators, date range, etc. that you're interested in. Alternatively, if you simply require all the available variables in a databank, let us know and we'll create this selection for you. You can download the data for this selection to get an idea of what your datafeed will look like. Please note: there are some important differences between the download format and what you will receive via the Datafeed Service.
When you're happy with the selection, you let us know which one it is, which delivery option you'd like to use, and, if applicable, your FTP server details.
We'll configure your datafeed using your saved selection. From then on, you'll automatically receive new forecast data from us each time it is updated.
If you need to amend your datafeed selection, you can update it using the Global Data Workstation and your changes will automatically take effect in the next file we send.
