Command-line tool (MDL) now bundled with Global Model Workstation

Starting with the Global Economic Model August 2021 2nd release (23/08/2021), the Global Model Workstation (GMW) .exe installer now includes installing the command-line tool, mdl.exe.

The tool is now renamed the Model and Data Automation Tool, though the exe name mdl.exe remains the same for compatibility with existing scripts.

Users may opt-out of installing the tool via the existing Options dialogue of the GMW installer. Please note that the screenshot below uses the old product name, Model Command Line Tool.

A new section on the GMW home page now directs users to the Tool website for documentation and examples.
