How to send error log from Excel Add-in Version 3.1

The latest versions of the Excel plugin allow you to share the Global Data Workstation plugin logs with Oxford Economics Technical Support. These logs can be vital in helping us to determine the root cause of an error message, or lack of access to a feature by explaining the “backend” steps the plugin was attempting when the error occurred.

Instructions

Open Microsoft Excel
Click on the "Options" button under “General”
Select “View Log”
Copy the log text into a new email to support@oxfordeconomics.com
