What should I do if I encounter an error during installation?
Errors can occur during the installation process for several reasons, such as restrictions imposed by the organisation’s IT department, resource limitations and incomplete installation files. To allow our Technical Support team to assist you, we kindly ask that you provide the log files by following the instructions below.
Instructions
Take a screenshot of the error message displayed during the installation process
If the error message refers to any log files, navigate to the path in the error message and take a copy or screenshot

Please also look for temporary installation log files:
Navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%/Temp in Windows Explorer

Find files that begin with Global_Model_Workstation_...
Global_Model_Workstation_[DateTime].log
Global_Model_Workstation_[DateTime]_JulienneMsi.log
Attach these files to an email and send it to IT Support along with any other details about the error.
