Send a log file from Excel Plugin

Introduction

Our technical support team may request a copy of the Excel Data Workstation logs in order to diagnose performance or functionality issues. The logs do not reveal any confidential information about your system, only data relating to the Excel Add-in.

We kindly ask that you provide these logs to allow our team to reproduce the errors and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Instructions

Click on General | Arrow to open the About box.
Choose View Log to open a dialogue box.
Copy the selected text and paste it into your email and send it to support@oxfordeconomics.com
Please add screen shots and a precise description of the issue you’re encountering to help us understand what could be causing the problem.
